If you've purchased an item from Dunnit.com, you can expect the item to be shipped to anywhere in North America within one business day of payment being received. Usually, a shipped item will take 4-7 business days to reach its destination.

Dunnit Shoes are affordable, comfortable and they are subjected to extensive quality control inspections. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, shoes can be returned and a refund will be issued.

• If you have a Return Authorization Number
• If the merchandise is returned within 14 days of the original ship date from the Dunnit Distribution Center.
• They have not been worn and are in their original packaging.
• They are in their same condition as they were when dispatched from the Dunnit Distribution Center.

All Shipping Costs for Returned Product are your responsibility. Dunnit will not be responsible for any shipping and handling costs.

Please follow these instructions before returning any product:

• Send an email to returns@dunnit.com requesting a Return Authorization Number.
• Include in this e-mail your purchase # from the e-mail confirmation you received, the item you are returning, and your reason for returning the item.
• A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be sent to you by email. Please clearly mark your RA# on all packaging and correspondence.
• Ship the product, prepaid to the following address:

• You will be issued a refund or exchange on receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Everyone, all over the world, deserves to wear Dunnit shoes. Unfortunately, our site does not take credit card payments from customers outside North America.

Please let us know that you've sent us a money order by sending us an e-mail at sales@dunnit.com. This way we'll be able to set aside the pair of shoes you've requested until we receive your payment. Also, please include your name and shipping address in the e-mail. The money order must be made out to "Dunnit.com". Its value must be equal to the cost of the shoes as indicated on the site, plus the appropriate shipping costs, based on the table found in our Shipping & Handling section.
